Our Values
01 · Listen First
Proverbs 8:34–35 (TPT)
Wisdom is always speaking. The people who stop long enough to listen are the ones who find life. Every letter starts here. Every gift is chosen here. We open our ears before we create the box.
02 · Business as Mission
Discipleship happens in boardrooms, not just churches. We hire and invest in aspiring young entrepreneurs and business professionals (high school and college) and show them what it looks like to build something with a Kingdom perspective.
03 · Be Intentional
Encouragement was never meant to be accidental, so every letter is written on purpose. Every gift chosen on purpose. Every box shipped on purpose.
04 · Show Up Consistently
People rarely get transformed by a single great moment. They get transformed by someone who keeps showing up. Eight boxes. Eight seasons. A steady reminder that they are seen and loved.
05 · Quality as Priority
No clutter. No tchotchkes. Nothing enters the box just because it photographs well or fills space. We would rather send one extraordinary thing than five forgettable ones.
06 · An Authentic Voice
We write like we talk in the moments that matter. Direct. Warm. Occasionally witty. The writing isn’t prepared for a stage but for everyday life. It’s formative without being preachy. Honest without being heavy. Real without making it weird.
07 · Truth Is Freedom
God's Word is truth, and the truth spoken in love sets people free. Every letter is built around this idea because we know that the right word at the right moment doesn’t just encourage—it unlocks, reorients, and reminds someone of who they actually are.
08 · Relationship, not Religion
God's Word is not a compliance manual. It is the clearest picture we have of a good Father. One who wants to be a part of our lives—up close, in the ordinary moments, in the highs and lows, in the questions that don't have clean answers. We read the Word that way. We write from it that way. And we hope the people who receive these boxes encounter God that way too.
09 · God Still Speaks
And we were made to hear Him. Not just in Sunday messages, but in the ordinary Tuesday, the unexpected kindness, the encouragement that arrives before you asked for it. He cares about the details of life, which is why we do too.
10 · Good Father. Good Gifts.
God is a good Father who gives good gifts. We know this not just as theology but as experience. Every box we pack is our attempt to follow His lead.
11 · You Matter
Every box carries two names. The one on the label and the one who put it there. The person who receives it matters; so does the person who saw them clearly enough to send it. We think about both of you when we write the letter, choose the gifts, and seal the box.
